The 1983-1997 Prestige Proof Sets
are the rarest form of Proof Set with very low mintages. They consist of
the regular proof coins for the year; the half, quarter, dime, nickel,
and cent along with the silver commemorative dollar for the year and
some years also include a commemorative half dollar. They are housed in
a deluxe velvet-lined album and come with all original
packaging from the United States Mint.
